outside of warranty: repairs policy & process

At TinniSoothe, we understand that your device may require servicing even after the warranty period. We are happy to offer out-of-warranty repairs in certain scenarios.

How to Initiate a Repair

To request a repair, please complete our online repair request form below. The form asks you to provide details about your device, the issue(s) you are experiencing, and your contact information.

Repair Evaluation - £25*

*This £25 will be deducted from the final repair cost if you proceed with a repair.

Upon receiving your request, we will send you a repair evaluation authorisation and payment request. When we receive your device, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation to determine the nature of the issue and whether a repair is possible.

Repair Cost Estimate

Once the repair evaluation is complete, we will provide you with a detailed repair cost estimate, which will include the cost of any parts and labour. You will have two options: 1) approve the repair or 2) decline it and have your device returned to you. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

Battery Replacement Service

Our repair evaluation process typically includes a battery health check. If your battery function has degraded or has developed a fault, we may recommend a battery replacement as part of the repair evaluation. The battery replacement service costs £30.

Please Note

  • We reserve the right to decline repairs if the device is deemed beyond repair, or if parts are unavailable.

  • Our repair technicians are highly skilled, but unforeseen circumstances may arise during the repair process that could alter the initial repair cost estimate. We will always communicate any changes to cost with you before proceeding further.
