If you find that TinniSoothe does not provide the relief you were hoping for, or are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

IMPORTANT: This process applies to TinniSoothe devices purchased online at https://tinnisoothe.com. If you purchased TinniSoothe through an alternative retail platform or third-party site (such as Amazon), please contact them directly with any returns / refund questions. We are unable to answer any queries or process any returns or refunds in these cases, as their terms will apply.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Returns condition: if you return TinniSoothe to us with damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount appropriately. The complete set of items received “as new” include the TinniSoothe® module, TinniSoothe® docking cradle, 2 x lanyards, 1 x lanyard clip, 1 x clothing clip, Grey ‘TS’ pouch and USB-A to USB-C cable.

• Unauthorised returns: We are unable to process any returns which have not correctly followed the process below.

Returns Process

1. Use the form https://tinnisoothedev.returnscenter.com/ to request a Return Authorisation Code.

2. You will receive an email with an authorisation code, a return address and a returns document that you must print out and fill in. You must include the document within the package and send the parcel using a tracked courier service as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or missing parcels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must retain proof of postage until the refund is processed. In the case of any delivery issues with their returned product, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their courier company.

3. Subject to your return being received fully boxed, in working order and in undamaged condition, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt.
