Report receipt of a faulty device / Initiate a warranty repair

  • If you have been sent a device that you think is faulty, please select the appropriate dropdown in the form below and we will get in touch to replace your device.

  • To report a fault that you believe has developed within the warranty period, please provide details about your device and the issue you are experiencing. We will get back to you to arrange for your device to be returned to us for inspection and repair. If we are unable to repair your device, we will provide you with a brand new device.

Please note: Your warranty will be invalidated should your device be received with any of the following:

  • Liquid damage (water, spills, etc.)

  • Physical damage (cracks, scratches, dents, etc.)

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Signs of tampering or misuse
